A new option on Vista and Windows 7 systems to not display the lack of administrator rights has been added for the retail version.

Bug Fixes

Fix RESTART on SUSPENDED processes. Normally you would need to RESUME the process before doing  the RESTART to restart the process. Now you can RESTART without having to do the RESUME as it will be done automatically.

Fix for DEFENDER MODE 3 to KILL ALL running programs on the Task Bar ONLY. This was the original intent for a soft reboot. However, if the user selected Include Invisible Windows or Include ALL Processes, then these would also be killed and could leave an unstable system. Now, it does not matter what the user options are because it will automatically disable the Include Invisible Windows and Include ALL Processes prior to just KILLing the programs on the Task Bar and then restores the user previous display settings.
